Basketball & Track Senior Night

Senior Night- 2021

We would like to recognize our Senior athletes in Basketball and Track.  These young men and women have worked tirelessly to give this community athletic programs they can be proud of.  Not only have they done a great job representing this school and community on the field, but off the field as well.  This is a special group of seniors!

Our first senior is:

Audra Blevins:

Audra has been a member of the Track team for 6 years.  She is also a member of Cross Country and High School Rodeo.  Audra is a two time 2A Indoor State Champion in the Pole Vault and the 2019 2A Outdoor Pole Vault State Champion.  She was a member of the 2018 2A State Cross Country Championship team and the 2019 2A State Track Championship Team.  Audra has also received All-State and All-Conference honors in Track and Field the past 3 seasons.  After graduation, she plans to attend the University of Central Arkansas and pursue a career in physical therapy and pole vault for the track team.  Audra is being escorted tonight by her parents, Kermit and Katy Blevins.



 

# 3 - Kiley Webb

Kiley has been a member of Basketball and Track for 6 years.  She has also been a member of Cross Country and Softball.  In Cross Country, Kiley was the 2017 3A individual State Champion and a member of the Arkansas All-Star XC Team.  She was a member of the 2018 2A State Cross Country Championship team and received All-State 2 years.  In Track, Kiley was a member of the 2019 2A State Track Championship Team and was awarded All-State 2 years.  She was also a member of the 4 x 800 Relay State Champions.  In Basketball, she has been named All-Conference 2 years, Izard County All-Tournament Team 2 years, All-Region 1 year, and All-State Tournament team 1 year.  Kiley was also chosen as one of the top 5 players in 2A.  After graduation, she plans to attend Williams Baptist University and play basketball and major in Educational Psychology.  Kiley is being escorted by her parents, Kelley and Tiffany Webb, and brother, Tyler Webb. 

 

# 14 - Hallie Weaver

Halle has been a member of the basketball team for 6 years.  She is also a member of FBLA and BETA Club.  After graduation, Halle plans to attend Arkansas State University and pursue a career as an occupational therapist and minor in behavioral science.  She is being escorted by her parents, Brent and Sabrina Weaver.


#15 – Kylee Humphries:

Kylee has been a member of Basketball for 4 years.  She has also been a member of Track, Softball, FBLA, Student Council, and Beta Club.  Kylee was a member of the 2019 2A State Track Championship Team.  After graduation, she plans to attend college and pursue a degree in nursing and eventually become a cosmetologist.  Kylee is being escorted by her parents, Heath and Kelli Humphries, and sisters, Quincy and Kelsey Humphries. 


 

#30 – Josie Roark:

Josie has been a member of Basketball and Track for 6 years.  She has also been a member of Cross Country and Softball.  In Cross Country, Josie was a member of the 2018 2A State Cross Country Championship team and was All-State.  In Track, she was a member of the 2019 2A State Track Championship Team and was awarded All-State.  Josie was also a member of the 4 x 800 Relay State Champions.  In Basketball, she has been named All-Conference 2 years and 2A All-State Tournament team 2 years.  Josie was also chosen as one of the top 5 players in 2A.  After graduation, she plans to attend college and pursue a Master’s degree in Psychology while furthering her passion for music.  Josie is being escorted by her dad, Will Roark, Mom, Sarah Sample, Bonus dad Joey Sample, brother, sister and their families.

 

#31 – Nancy Wann:

Nancy has been a member of the Basketball team for 6 years.  She is also a member of BETA Club.  Nancy will graduate as an Honor graduate with a 3.8 GPA.  After graduation she plans to attend UACCB and become a teacher.  Nancy is being escorted by her parents, Matt and Kim Wann.


 

As a team this group of young ladies have won:

  • 2 Izard County Tournament Championships
  • 2 Conference Championships
  • 2 District Tournament Championships
  • 2 Regional Tournament Championships
  • And are Back to Back 2A State Basketball Champions

 

 #3 – Riley Gray:

Riley has been a member of the basketball team for 4 years. He is a member of FFA, and the football and track teams.  Riley is also the BAD Club president.  After graduation, Riley plans to attend college and major in Agricultural Business.  He is being escorted by his parents, Keith and Rebecca Gray, and little sister, Natalie Gray.


 

#4 – Ty Miller:

Ty has been a member of the basketball team for 6 years.  He also plays football and baseball and is a member of FBLA.  Ty was voted All-Conference in baseball and basketball and was awarded the Defensive MVP of last year’s basketball team.  After graduation, he plans to attend Trade School.  Ty is being escorted by his parents, Jason and Tonya Miller, and brother, Garron Miller. 

 

#23 – Layton Hennings:

Layton has been a member of the basketball team for 3 years.  He was voted All-Conference the past 2 years.  Layton also received All-State as a Junior and was recognized as the teams Offensive MVP last season.  He is also a member of the Track team.  After graduation, Layton plans to attend college and play basketball and pursue a PTA degree.  He is escorted tonight by his parents, Chris and Cara Grant, and brother, Keyan Hennings.

 

#34 – Ty Cooper:

Ty has been a member of the basketball team for 6 years.  He also plays football and baseball and is a member of BETA Club.  Ty was voted as a team captain and received All Conference in football as a Junior and Senior.  He was All Conference in baseball as a Junior and was chosen as the Offensive MVP in baseball in 2019.  After graduation, Ty plans to attend Arkansas Tech University. He is being escorted tonight by his mother, Shannon Cooper, and brother, Drake Cooper.

 

 

#44 – Remi Lawrence:

Remi has been a member of the basketball team for 6 years.  He is also a member of FBLA and Beta Club.  After graduation Remi plans to attend Arkansas Tech University and major in Engineering.  He is being escorted tonight by his parents, Chad and Mashale Lawrence, and brother, Gunner Lawrence.

 

 

Allyson Smith:

Allyson has been a manager for basketball the past 2 seasons.  She is also a member of Beta Club, is the Vice President of Student Council, and the state FBLA Vice President.  Allyson is a member of the Golf team and was awarded All-Conference 3 times and All-State twice.  She is a member of three state championship teams in golf.  After graduation, Allyson plans to attend Arkansas State University and major in Accounting.  She is being escorted tonight by her parents, Al Smith and Kathy Adams.
