Every year we need parent/guardians to complete the enrollment packet. We are thrilled to announce this year we have the capability for you to complete those forms securely online. The link is below and all forms under required forms are required and then 2 forms are available under optional.
NOTE: Bearkatz Learning Online (Full Time Virtual) students please complete the enrollment packet as well. Only complete the forms you have not already completed from your meeting with the Principal. The Fall 2020 Intent to Enroll Bearkatz Learning Online is not the same as the Enrollment Form.
Optional
The Publication of Directory Information Form is optional and should only be completed if you wish to deny publication of Directory Information. The second optional form is the Smart Core Waiver, it should only be completed if your student should NOT be enrolled in the Smart Core Curriculum. All students are enrolled in the Smart Core unless this form is completed and submitted.
For those who do not wish to complete the forms online we will provide paper copies the first day of school. However, it would help us greatly if you would fill them out online so we can begin processing them sooner.
If you have already completed the paper forms for the 2020-2021 school year, then it is not necessary to complete them again.
